WHO ARE WE

Novel Office is part of the Novel Group, established in 1993 in Dallas, TX, USA which is engaged into various business activities.  We specialize in providing Managed Offices & Coworking Spaces, both in India and in the US with a portfolio of over a MILLION SQUARE FEET of Office Space.

WHAT WE DO IN INDIA

We provide Managed Offices & Coworking Spaces for rent with No Lock-in & No Deposit options. We buy vacant buildings, invest into interiors, find tenants and sell the buildings.  After we sell, we lease it back from the same buyer and continue running our Managed Offices & Coworking Spaces business.

WHAT WE DO IN THE US

We provide Furnished Offices & Coworking Spaces for rent for Long Term & Short Term periods.  We buy partially vacant buildings, invest into interiors, find tenants for the vacant space and eventually sell the buildings.  Once we sell, we DON’T lease back the building like in our business model in India.

ABOUT THE HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT

The department is responsible for managing the human resources of the organization that includes recruitment, on boarding, training, payroll, appraisals, counselling, policies, statutory compliance, etc., for both the US & India Business Verticals.

JOB DESCRIPTION

An exciting role for someone interested in being involved in the complete cycle of Human Resources Management in a growing Organization

SELECTION & ON BOARDING

Select candidates shortlisted by the Recruiters via face to face rounds & on board them

INDUCTION & TRAINING

Induction of the new joiners into the organization and organize training programs

APPRAISALS & ENGAGEMENT

Conduct periodical performance appraisals and employee engagement activities

PAYROLL & BENEFTIS

Payroll, Leave Management, Benefits administration, etc. of all the employees

FORM & GOVERN POLICIES

Form, Modify, Update & Govern the HR Policies of the Organization periodically

DISPUTES & COUNSELLING

Handle employee & department disputes and involve in counselling as and when required

HOW DO YOU PREPARE?

WHAT SKILLS YOU MUST POSSESS?

WORK EXPERIENCE

0-2 years of experience, in                          Human Resources

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

Good verbal and written communication skills are a must

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION

Any education qualification is fine. Graduates & Post Graduates are preferred

OTHER QUALIFICATION

Candidates must be presentable with energy and passion for the HR industry
