Novel Office is part of the Novel Group, established in 1993 in Dallas, TX, USA which is engaged into various business activities.  We specialize in providing Managed Offices & Coworking Spaces, both in India and in the US with a portfolio of over a MILLION SQUARE FEET of Office Space.

WHAT WE DO IN INDIA

We provide Managed Offices & Coworking Spaces for rent with No Lock-in & No Deposit options. We buy vacant buildings, invest into interiors, find tenants and sell the buildings.  After we sell, we lease it back from the same buyer and continue running our Managed Offices & Coworking Spaces business.

WHAT WE DO IN THE US

We provide Furnished Offices & Coworking Spaces for rent for Long Term & Short Term periods.  We buy partially vacant buildings, invest into interiors, find tenants for the vacant space and eventually sell the buildings.  Once we sell, we DON’T lease back the building like in our business model in India.

ABOUT THE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT

The department is responsible for the core functions of sales team and revenue generation which includes lead conversion, client relations, market research, building business networks etc., for the India Business Vertical.

JOB DESCRIPTION

A very interesting role for someone who is looking to take up a responsibility for developing the business side of the organization

HANDLING SALES QUERIES

Manage enquiries from prospective clients looking for office space

BUILDING RELATIONSHIP

Engage in meaningful and long-term relationships with existing & new clients and realtors

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

Retain the long-term business through contract renewals by ensuring client satisfaction

INTERNAL COORDINATION

Coordinate with Inter Departments for the smooth operation to deliver projects on time

CLIENT SERVICING

Understand the Clients queries prudently and reciprocate ontime by being Proactive

BUSINESS MEETINGS

Should be able to plan and organise business meetings at the site or at the clients’ site.

WHAT SKILLS YOU MUST POSSESS?

WORK EXPERIENCE

6-9 years of experience, with atleast 5 years in Sales & Business Development

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

Good verbal and written communication skills are a must

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION

Any education qualification is acceptable. Graduates & Post Graduates are preferred

OTHER QUALIFICATION

Candidates must be presentable with energy and passion for the sales industry
